Room dimensions and preferences you enter are stored only in your browser's URL (as query parameters) to enable shareable links. This data is never transmitted to our servers and is not logged.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the Site is used. Cloudflare Analytics is privacy-focused: it does not use cookies, does not track individual users across sessions, and does not build personal profiles. 4. Cookies and Local Storage

Golf Room Builder does not set any tracking cookies. Room configuration state is stored in URL parameters only — not in cookies or local storage. Cloudflare may set a minimal, session-scoped cookie for security purposes (CSRF protection). It contains no personally identifiable information.

5. Affiliate Links and Third Parties

The Site contains affiliate links to third-party retailers (such as Rain or Shine Golf, Shop Indoor Golf, and others). When you click these links, you leave Golf Room Builder. Third-party sites have their own privacy policies and data practices, which we do not control. We encourage you to review their policies before making a purchase.

6. Email

If you use the "Email my build list" feature, your email address is collected solely to send you the requested build summary. We do not add you to marketing lists, share your email with third parties, or use it for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Because we do not store personal data, there is typically nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you provided an email address via the build list feature and wish to have it removed, email us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

California residents: Golf Room Builder does not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.

8. Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
